Scope of work

Goal

Help devise a programme of change in user experience across a number of user journeys on offers.bmw.co.uk.

Results

Following a number of discovery sessions with BMW’s Digital Marketing and Financial Services teams, Immediamedia led three key projects to help the company make use of their API data to enhance digital user journeys.

Establishing briefs and giving direction to each project, we oversaw the UX development of wireframes and prototypes, and set up numerous tools and resources for collaboration between teams.

As well as running daily standups, weekly meetings, workshops, and client meetings at BMW HQ, Farnborough, we trained project managers to roll out our successful process across a range of BMW projects.
